Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1‑3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak sales seasons, processing may be slightly delayed. We will contact you via email if significant delays occur.
Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping only to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or other international destinations at this time.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is provided for all orders delivered to the contiguous 48 US states. No shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10‑20 business days after the order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs clearance, weather conditions or carrier‑related issues.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
Import Duties & Customs
Orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States are delivered on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Standard import duties and taxes are covered by us under normal‑clearance conditions.
Please note: We do not cover any extra costs caused by incorrect information provided by the buyer, customs inspection‑initiated fines, penalties, detention fees or special administrative charges.
Claims
If you have not received your package although tracking shows delivered, please first check with household members, neighbours and around your property.
Kindly email us if your package remains missing. We will open an official trace investigation with our shipping carrier on your behalf.
For goods damaged upon arrival, please provide clear photos of both outer packaging and damaged merchandise within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
